Our Story

Beachy Companies is led by owner/entrepreneur, Chris Beachy, who has grown the flagship business from the ground up.

Chris is a Frederick County native, growing up in the Linganore area, and attending local Schools. He decided early in his career that Frederick would remain his home and serve as a base for launching his business. Chris was raised in a farming family where outdoor work, construction and problem solving were a way of life. He’s always enjoyed the outdoors and a good challenge, so it was no surprise to family and friends when Chris started a business offering full service landscaping and site work services in High School.

Chris’ landscaping services quickly became a stepping stone to more complex work and larger commercial ventures. Designing and installing stormwater mitigation, trail systems, and maintaining a fleet of heavy equipment to tackle the toughest jobs. He has become well known for his unique approach to what competitors consider 'untouchable' hillsides and topographical challenges.

Today Beachy Companies represents all of the experience and ingenuity that Chris has acquired after years of project management, design and development. Chris is a versatile general contractor who takes great pride in delivering quality services on time and on budget.
