Dog Park
Construction of new a dog park, spanning an impressive 60,000 square feet for a Frederick County HOA. This space features an optional swimming pond, water fountains, and comfortable benches for the residents.
Concrete Retaining Wall
We replaced the failing wooden pool deck with a robust cast-in-place concrete retaining wall and a solid concrete pad, ensuring long-lasting stability and style for the local HOA.
Pedestrian Bridge
The newly constructed pedestrian bridge built in a retirement village in Hanover, PA. This beautiful addition enhances connectivity and provides a safe path for residents to enjoy leisurely strolls and access various community amenities. The bridge is constructed of fiberglass reinforced plastic. FRP is a great supplement to concrete or wood as it does not fade, splinter or crack.
Golf Course Green
The recent creation of a new golf green in Hagerstown,MD has provided the owners with the ability to realign the golf course to better fit their property. This project involved fine grading, effective drainage solutions, and the addition of two strategically placed sand traps, followed by sod installation. The enhancements not only improve playability but also elevate the overall aesthetic of course.
